Our trout is Organically raised in the pristene springs of Grey County's Blue Mountains. They feed on natural nutrients and tiny fairy shrimp that give it that vibrant colour. 

We pride ourselves in raising trouts that have beautiful, vibrant, firm flesh and absolutely fantastic flavour. It's quality is a testament to the exclusive environment and effort poured into raising each fish.
